If you want to install Valheim Mods, make sure you already have the BepInEx Pack and Vortex mod manager installed. BepInEx acts as the general-purpose framework for modding. Also, make sure to back up your saved files from Valheim in case of any unforeseen circumstances. Without further ado, here is how to download these tools:
- First, go to the download page of BepInEx Pack for Valheim.
- Once the download is complete, paste the zip files into your Valheim folder.
- Next, you will need to download the mod manager Vortex.
- After the installation is done, you will need to move it to “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Valheim”.
- You will also need Unstripped DLLs, so make sure to download them as well with Vortex.
