Many players are looking for locations of either how to find or where to use O Mother Gesture in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. Yes, that’s right, depending on your gameplay and regions you explored, you first stubbed upon this gesture item location, and you are unsure where to use it. Or you just reached a peculiar location where you will need this gesture to go ahead and access a vast area of the DLC. So today, we will help you where to find and use the O Mother gesture to gain access to an otherwise inaccessible location in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.
How to Get O Mother Gesture?
To find the O Mother gesture in Elden Ring, you must first travel to Bonny Village in Scadu Altus. The village can be tricky to access, as it is at the bottom of a massive cliff. Start at the Moorth Ruins Cross Site of Grace, where you first encounter Dryleaf Dane. From here, ride east into the Moorth Ruins until you spot a large hole in the ground.
Once in Bonny Village, activate the Site of Grace. If you want to do this faster, you can skip the village entirely. To do this, immediately after emerging from the well that leads to Bonny Village, head left and follow the cliffside. Summon Torrent and use its double jump to traverse a ravine, then continue riding northeast until you encounter a peculiar headless corpse/statue. Interact with this corpse/statue to acquire the O Mother gesture.

Where to Use O Mother Gesture in Elden Ring?
After acquiring the O Mother gesture in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, players can use it in front of the Marika Statue near the Shadow Keep, Back Gate Site of Grace, to unlock a hidden path leading to the Scaduview Hinterland (northeast area on map).
Go to the Shadow Keep, Back Gate Site of Grace. There, you’ll find a room on the right. Enter the room and stand before the statue within. Perform the O Mother gesture, and then the statue will move, opening a hidden path that leads to the Scaduview Hinterland. This previously inaccessible region offers new areas to explore, enemies to fight, and more.
