Millicent is a young woman stricken by the Scarlet Rot. Many players like you will be sent by Gowry to help her illness by healing her. The process to do this is a bit long. In this guide, I will show you how to Heal Millicent in Elden Ring.
Near the Southeast section of Aeonia Swamp is where you will find Gowry’s Shack. To get there you can take the path from the Smoldering Church till you get there. Once you enter the Shack, talk to Gowry & exhaust his dialogues. He will be ready to give you the secrets of Sellia’s in exchange for healing Millicent who is in the Church of Plague, northeast from the Shack. Gowry will ask you to get the Unalloyed Gold Needle. He will hint to you that the Unalloyed Gold Needle is located in the Aeonia Swamp. You will be able to get the Unalloyed Gold Needle as drop after defeating Commander O’Neil Boss Fight. He is located in Aeonia Swamp just beyond Sellia’s bounds.
After defeating him, get the Unalloyed Gold Needle and head back to Gowry. Hand over the needle to him and he will repair it. Reload the area by Warp to another Site and then return. Gowry will have repaired the Unalloyed Gold Needle and you will be able to take it. Along with the Unalloyed Gold Needle, you will also get Sellia’s Secrets. Now go to the Church of Plague & talk to Millicent. Talk to her and give her the Unalloyed Gold Needle. After exhausting her dialogues, reload the area. Talk to her again & she will give you the Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom. At this point, Millicent is healed & well.
Now head back to Gowry’s Shack and you find Millicent again. Exhaust her dialogues & reload the area. Gowry will be there and after talking to him, he will be able to teach you some Sorcery Spells.
