With “The Tale of Iyo” the first raid in the world of Ghost of Tsushima Legends starts at the end of next week. In addition, the developers of Sucker Punch announced weekly challenges.
After promising in the run-up to the official announcement that Ghost of Tsushima Legends would be supported with new content on a regular basis, the developers of Sucker Punch now gave some information about it.
As the studio announced, players can look forward to weekly challenges every Friday of the week. There is a new 2-player story mission and a 4-player survival mission with specific weekly modifiers. The missions must be mastered on the nightmare difficulty level and reward you with exclusive equipment.
In addition to the weekly challenges, the first raid of Ghost of Tsushima Legends was announced under the name The Tale of Iyo. This starts next Friday, October 30th, 2020 and will not support the matchmaking system. In practice, this means that you have to put your team together before the start.
According to the developers at Sucker Punch, your equipment level should be at least 100. “You’ll want to have your gear at KI level 100 as an absolute minimum before you attempt to take on this challenge. To get Raid ready, we recommend finishing all Story missions, and replaying Story and Survival on higher difficulties to get higher level gear,” can be read from the official site.
Finally, Ghost of Tsushima Legends received a small update that fixes various bugs, and is already available on PS4. In recent news, it was rumored that Ghost of Tsushima 2 could be already in development, according to job listings.
