Yaoyao is a 4-Star Healer that you can get for free by completing the challenges in the Exquisite Night Chimes event. Collect 800 Festive Fever points in these challenges and then head over to the events tab. Then, go to the Exquisite Night Chimes event and click on Festive Fever. Here, you will see Yaoyao’s character. Select it and choose Yaoyao among other characters to send her an invitation. By doing so, you will obtain this healer.
