How To Get Stonewood In God Of War Ragnarok

Updated Date :

GOW Ragnarok has a plethora of different materials that you can use for crafting. Since increasing your gear level can help you level up in the game, several players are looking to upgrade their weapons. Stonewood is one of the resources that you can use to upgrade your mid-tier weapons. But how to obtain them? Check out our guide on how to get Stonewood in God of War Ragnarok.

How to Get Stonewood in God of War Ragnarok

You can get Stonewood from the different treasure chests and coffins. You can find them off the beaten path throughout the open world.

  • The chests in GOW Ragnarok are the glowing red treasure chests that can be found in every explorable area.
  • You can also get these chests by defeating hordes of enemies or solving a puzzle. But make a note that you won’t get any Stonewood from the Runic puzzle Nornic chests.

  • Furthermore, defeating greater enemies can also reward you with Legendary Chests. While you can get plenty of rewards in these chests, you also potentially get more Stonewood.
  • Alternatively, you can also find Stonewood at the Yggdrasil Rifts in Midgard.
  • If you are looking to buy Stonewood, you need to complete the Creatures of Prophecy which is the 13th quest in the Path campaign.
  • Once you complete that quest, you can purchase bundles of five from the Huldra Brothers workshop. Bundles of five Stonewood would cost you 2,500 Hacksilver.

As mentioned before, you can use these materials to upgrade your mid-tier weapons. So, if you have just started with the game, we suggest getting your hands on the Rawhide. The Stonewood materials can be used to upgrade your Tier four and five weapons.
