You can find Puffshrooms near large trees inside the Depths in Zelda TOTK. They are found in abundance all over the ground here. However, since no light passes through the Depths, make sure to activate Lightroots wherever you go or carry enough Brightbloom Seeds. In this way, you will find more Puffshrooms easily inside the Depths after lighting up the dark areas.

How to Use Puffshroom in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

To use the Puffshroom in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, just press the upward arrow button on your Switch. Then, open your Inventory, choose a Puffshroom, and throw it at a nearby enemy. This will leave your enemies stunned and confused. As the smoke does its job, creep up behind your enemies and use the Sneakstrike ability to deal heavy damage. Many times, you can get quickly surrounded by enemies with no way out. To easily escape such a situation and emerge victorious, you should take the help of Puffshrooms. You can either throw them directly or fuse them with your arrow in TOTK.
