Here we have mentioned all the locations to find & get Psybeam (TM016) in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. Before you move ahead make sure you have 800 League Points (LP) & 3x Psyduck Down which is required to craft TM.
- South Province (Area One): In this area first head to the Los Platos Pokemon Center. After reaching there keep moving towards the southeastern part of the area. Or simply go to the area marked on the map above. Once you reach there search for a small cliff overlooking the ocean. Then walk down the cliff and beside a tree you’ll find the TM you are looking for.

- East Province (Area Three): In this area first go to the Watchtower, after that keep heading in the northeast direction until you spot a cliff overlooking a Pokemon Center above Levincia city. Once you have all the required materials, go to the nearest TM machine and start crafting. This TM comes with 65 Power, 100 Accuracy, & also a 10% chance of Confusion.
