How to Get Powercharm in Monster Hunter World
Players can purchase the Powercharm in Monster Hunter World from the Provisions Stockpile in the village of Astera. However, the catch is you will first need to complete the Horned Tyrant Below the Sands quest in the game. It is one of the assignment quests which will help you progress further in the story.
The quest will be unlocked once you reach Hunter Rank 8 and are level 5 or above in the game. Once you take on the quest, you will have to hunt a Diablos which is a flying wyvern that you will come across in the Wildspire Waste. It is the apex monster that you will find in the large desert.
After completing the quest, you can interact with the Provisions Stockpile where you will be able to get your hands on the Powercharm for 36000 Zenny in MHW. And while it is quite expensive, it’s definitely worth having at your disposal in the game.
How to Use Powercharm in Monster Hunter World
As mentioned, Powercharm increases players’ attack power by 6 in Monster Hunter World. And all players will have to do is carry it around using the item pouch in the game. It is worth mentioning that the Powercharm only buffs up the physical attack power.
With that being said, the item has another use where you can upgrade it by crafting the Powertalon in Monster Hunter World. Upgrading the powercharm increases the attack power raised by 9 in the game. However, you will need to have a Bazelgeuse Talon to craft it using the recipe. Players can carry both items to increase the attack power raised to 15 which can deal extensive damage while hunting.
