She will tell you that Tieflings have been kidnapped by the True Soul cult and taken to Druid’s Grove. Accept her request to investigate.
Travel to Druid’s Grove and fight through the Moonrise Towers compound. Rescue the captive Tieflings, including Larkrissa. Make sure both Alfira and Larkrissa survive the encounter unharmed. Defeat the True Soul leader to complete the quest.
Return to Alfira at the Last Light Inn. Provided no harm has come to her or Larkrissa, she will reward you with the Potent Robe for saving her kin. This powerful robe will increase your abilities, making it a valuable prize for your efforts.
