While it seems a little expensive at the start, you will be able to collect numerous items that may not be of use. Simply head to any NPC where you can sell these items in Ward 13 and collect the required amount of scrap.
Once you purchase the Old Whistle in Remnant 2, head to Wallace in Ward 13. You will need 10 Lumenite Crystals and another 1000 Scrap along with the Old Whistle and then you can get the Silent Whistle Engram. Players can now unlock the Hander Archetype class and use the healing, attacking, or other skills of the dog companion that joins the Handler.
