In the brick world, players will find Obsidian inside Lava Caves located in the desert biome. You can travel to the Dry Valley area to enter the desert biome in LEGO Fortnite. However, exploring the world for a specific biome can be quite tricky depending on the setting of your village.
Although, once you come across the biome, simply look for a large pile of boulders that will serve as an entrance to the lava cave.
Before entering the cave, make sure to craft a rare pickaxe to mine the Obsidian ore easily. We would recommend that you also have a rare axe as a weapon to deal with any enemy mob in the game. Another important thing worth having is the Snow Berry Shake to resist the heat inside the cave.
Once you teleport inside the lava cave, look for shiny purplish ores in LEGO Fortnite. These are Obsidian ores that players will be able to mine with just a few quick hits of the rare pickaxe. It is worth mentioning that you will also come across Copper, Brightcore, Blast Core, etc inside the cave.
How to Make Obsidian Slabs in LEGO Fortnite
To make Obsidian Slabs in LEGO Fortnite, players will need to first craft a Stone Breaker. Here are the materials required to craft the utility station:
- x20 Knotroot
- x35 Marble
However, you will need some significant upgrades to gather these resources. This makes crafting Stone Breaker to be a bit difficult. Although, once you have the Stone Breaker in place, simply interact with it to craft Obsidian Slabs in LEGO Fortnite.
