How to Get Nukes in War Thunder
To unlock and get Nukes in War Thunder, players will have to either gather 15 Airstrike points or have 2500 Spawn points in Realistic Ground Battles. Players can collect Airstrike points by manual destruction of 20 enemy tanks or aircraft. Along with this players can also obtain them through scouting missions however using a Bomber aircraft in such a mission can exclude you from getting the points. It is also important to have a Battle Rating of at least 6 to call up an airstrike with Nuclear armaments. Here is a list of all the available Nuclear aircraft according to your Battle Rating in War Thunder:
- Battle Rating 6.0 to 7.7: Tu-4 or B-29A-BN
- Battle Rating 7.7 to 9.0: IL-28 or Canberra B Mk 6
- Battle Rating 9.3+: Su-7BKL or Jaguar A
There are four different Nukes that players can use in War Thunder namely Mark 6, Mark 7, AN-52, and RDS-4. Once you meet all the requirements you will get the aircraft according to your Battle Rating. Players will then have to fly into the battle zone to deploy the bomb accordingly. After which the nuclear bomb has a significant destruction radius which ends the battle quickly making your side the winner. It is worth mentioning that Nukes are unavailable in War Thunder when there are Helicopters in battles.
