The Stark Cloak can be obtained by beating Mimics. Mimics are creatures that mimic the looks of a Chest and will attack unsuspecting prey.

Whenever a Player donning the Mana Cloak takes damage, the Cloak will spawn 3 stars which can deal damage to enemies. If it hits a surface, it will transform into a Mana Star which will travel to the player if within a 20-block radius and restore 50 Mana. If it lays on the ground for 5 seconds, it will despawn.
