Extracting an IFAK is a task that you will be given in the Health Conscious Tier 1 Legion Faction Mission. However, there is no fixed location on which you can find an IFAK. So, where can you find one? Here’s everything you should know.
Where to Find IFAK in COD Warzone 2 (Health Conscious Mission)
First things first, both the Al Mazrah & Ashika Island DMZ map are pretty huge to be covered. In the meanwhile, there will be several distractions such as the AI soldiers and real-time enemies. In such instances, it gets difficult to find any item.
Although, there are a few locations where the spawn rate of IFAK is higher in Warzone 2. Since an IFAK will be used for healing purposes, I recommend you search for it inside the bathrooms of Gas Stations, Hotels, and every other building you are going to explore. This is because there are Medical Kits attached to the walls in such locations. Wherein, there are higher chances of obtaining an IFAK in the DMZ mode of COD Warzone 2. Moreover, you can also get IFAK from Loot Cache scattered across the map.
Once you obtained an IFAK, simply extract it through the Exfil point. Beware! Because if you die, you will have to find IFAK again. Hence, make sure to avoid getting into unnecessary battles. Simply obtain IFAK, get into a vehicle (if there), and extract from the map. Doing so will successfully complete the Health Conscious Tier 1 Legion Mission in DMZ Warzone 2.
