In Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (TOTK), you get the option to change the look of Link’s paraglider with materials like the Grizzlemaw Bear Fabric. So if you’re bored with the paraglider’s default design, you can go on the hunt for this resource. However, finding it is no easy task. The Hyrule Kingdom is vast so finding the Grizzlemaw Bear can be exhausting. Moreover, you cannot get this fabric as an enemy drop. In this guide, you’ll learn where to find the Grizzlymaw Bear and how to get the fabric for your paraglider.
Where to Get Grizzlemaw Bear Fabric in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (TOTK)
Before you head out to find the Grizzlemaw Bear, you must unlock the camera by completing the “Photograph a Chuchu” side quest. Fortunately, you don’t have to beat this bear in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom to get this material.
Finding the Grizzlemaw Bear
To get the Grizzlemaw Bear Fabric in TOTK, you must go to the mountainous regions like Hebra Mountains or Gerudo Highlands, and photograph the bear. You can find one bear by the Hebra West Summit next to the Tauyosipun Shrine. Note that the bear will attack you if you’re too close to it. It is faster than you and will charge you as soon as it sees you. So make sure you maintain your distance. However, if you beat this bear, you can get Raw Prime Meat, Hearty Salmon, and Raw Gourmet Meat as rewards.
Getting the Paraglider Fabric
Once you’ve photographed the Grizzlemaw Bear, all you have to do is go to the Dye Shop at Hateno Village and talk to the Sayge NPC. This shop is located at the coordinates (3404, -2152, 0134). Talk to Sayge and select the “Rework the paraglider” dialogue option. Then, show him the Grizzlymaw Bear reference and he will craft a brand-new fabric for your paraglider.
Now that you know how to get the Grizzlymaw Bear Fabric, change the look of Link’s glider with this bear print design. You can also change Link’s appearance with the iconic Skyward Sword set, so make sure you visit our TOTK section to check out how to get it.
