Flame Gold in Tower of Fantasy is a currency obtained through the Special Orders Gacha system. When you pull from the Special Orders using Red Nucleus, you will get Flame Gold as a byproduct of a Duplicate Character. The conversion rate for a Red Nucleus to Flame Gold is 1:1. Whenever you pull from the Limited Time Special Orders in the game, you will get a Flame Gold. That is if you get a duplicate Character. Once the Limited Event is over, All of your Flame Gold will get converted into Black Gold.
Once you have enough Flame Gold, you can use them to purchase any item related to the Limited Time Event. The Best way to get Flame Gold is to get a lot of Red Nuclei. This in turn means that you will need a lot of Dark Crystals. For every 150 Dark Crystals, you will get one Red Nucleus. So, try and get as many as possible before the Event expires.
