To repair this, you will need to complete the ‘Sour But Sweet’ quest that is available in the Floating Ruins dungeon. Once you have reached level 25, you will meet Boletal, and he will make certain demands that you will have to fulfill. After completing the quest, you will get the Faerie Spell.
