The Comrade’s Hammer Tech Pistol in Cyberpunk 2077 can be found in the Santo Domingo District. All you have to do is get to the Red Dirt Bar and head southeast until you find a car in an alleyway. As soon as you get there you will get a notification stating it is a hostile area. Defeat all the enemies there and you will get the plans of the pistol on one of the gang members for the Comrade’s Hammer Tech Pistol.
Once you have the plans for the weapon, you will need to craft it. The weapon only shoots one bullet per clip and while the clip size may seem inadequate, it is good enough to take down multiple enemies in one shot, the bullets used in the Comrade’s Hammer are explosive rounds giving you a chance to take out an entire militia if you aim right.
