Champion’s Tunic is one of the iconic Blue armor pieces in BOTW that marks its return in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. While it won’t be that difficult to obtain early in the game, it is easy to get lost if you don’t know where you are going. However, it would be wise to wait a little before you head on to get this armor since the location is one of the toughest places to visit early on in the game. Nevertheless, you can check out the exact location below and then decide for yourself.
How to Get Champion’s Tunic in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
Players can get the Champion’s Tunic by heading into Hyrule Castle in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. You need to glide straight to the castle’s front gate so it would be a good idea to unlock the Lookout Landing Skyview Tower early on. You need to head on to the first room called Sanctum to find the Champion’s Tunic in Zelda TOTK.
Simply head up the stairs and you will find two unlit braziers in front of a giant bird statue. Once players lit both braziers, a small cutscene of the statue sliding over will play out. After that, players can collect the Champion’s Tunic or Leathers from a treasure chest in a hidden compartment under the bird in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.
The armor provides a stat of five and hence is quite useful if you manage to pull it early on. Do note that, players will have to concentrate on hearts and stamina while they are looking to enter the Hyrule Castle. As you would know, the castle can be dangerous if you don’t pull it off correctly.
