In order to earn the Cece Hat, you must complete some quests. These quests are all related to the mayoral election in Hateno Village. While it may be a drag to do these quests, it is worth it if you really want to get the hat.

How to Unlock and Wear Cece Hat in Tears of the Kingdom

The first quest you must complete to get the Cece hat in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is “Team Cece or Team Reede?“. This quest starts when you speak to Sophie, standing outside of the Ventest Clothing Boutique in Hateno Village. Once you enter, next you will speak to Cece. Cece will ask you to give Hylian Mushrooms to certain people who are not voting for her in order to sway their votes.
