You can unlock Dragonspine in Genshin Impact by completing the Rumored Alchemist quest. However, before heading there, you will first have to obviously update the game to the latest version. Once the update is installed, navigate to the journal and you can see the Rumored Alchemist quest there.

The first objective of the quest is to visit the alchemy store. Once you accept the quest, follow the below step-by-step guidelines to unlock the Dragonspine area.
- Head to the Alchemy Store in the Mondstadt region
- Interact with Sucrose to get the next objective
- The second objective is to find Albedo
- Follow the quest marker to find Albedo
- Albedo is in the Dragonspine region
- Once there, refer to the below image to find the Statue of the Seven in Dragonspine and unlock it to unlock the area
