Abilities
For the unversed, Fischl has the usual bow attacks and ability to summon Oz, her raven. Oz will fire at surrounding foes, inflecting them with electro damage and charging them for detonations. Her ultimate transform Fischl into Oz, allowing her to travel like him. In this form, lightning strikes all the surrounding enemies and Oz remains on the battlefield to cause more damage.
In order to optimize the time that Oz is up, you will need to wait untill Nightrider has almost expired to use Midnight Phantasmagoria.

Fischl Build
There are two different ways to go with Fischl – make sure to charge foes with electro damage before getting it switched to your main DPS or give her a decent amount of DPS. If you want us to recommend then focus on regenerating her elemental skills is highly recommended.
Weapon Options
- Favonius Warbow – CRIT hits have a 60/70/80/90/100% chance to generate 1 Elemental Orb, generating 6 Energy for Fischl. It can only happen once in every 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 seconds.
- The Stringless – It has the potential to increase Elemental Skill and Burst DMB by 24/30/36/42/48%.
- Compound Bow (DPS Build) – Normal Attack and Aimed Shot hits increase ATK by 4/5/6/7/8% and Normal Attack SPD by 1.2/1.5/1.8/2.1/2.4% for six seconds. The maximum number of stacks are four and it can only take place once every 0.3 seconds.
Artifacts
Thundering Fury set is arguably the best artifact set for Fischl because it gives you a 15 per cent boost to electro damage. When four-set sported, it increases all damage caused by Overloaded, Electro-Charged, and Superconduct conditions by 40 per cent. The best thing about Artifacts is it also reduced the cooldown of her Nightrider by one second every time it when it activated. It can only happen once every 0.8 seconds.

Constellation
