How to Catch Fish in Fortnite Season 5?
To catch fish in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5, you have to follow the same fishing style you did in previous seasons. You can take the fishing rod present around water in chests, barrels or on the ground but note that it takes a place in the inventory. Here’s how to catch all fish:
- Equip the Fishing rod.
- Decide the angle in which you want to cast your line.
- Note that the fishing spots are indicated by circles of white water.
- Hold the action button to set its location and release it when you’ve found the spot.
- Now wait until a fish bites.
- When you see that the hook has dipped under water, reel it in.
- You can either catch fish this way or even obtain weapons through this method.
You can also use a harpoon weapon to do the same. Once you catch a fish, you will see which type of fish (or weapon) you’ve caught.
