Evergaols in Elden Ring are Portals to Boss Arenas. These Bosses are not crucial to the main game’s progress and are spectral variants of the existing Bosses. Forlorn Hound Evergaol Location Guide in Elden Ring
Forlorn Hound Evergaol is an early to mid-game Boss Fight. Its location is the southmost section of the mainland of Limgrave. You will be able to find the Forlorn Hound Evergaol Portal just south of Agheel Lake South Site of Grace, along a path. This Path is to the east of another path that leads to the Bridge of Sacrifice. Once you get there, you will be able to enter the Forlorn Hound Evergaol & battle the Bloodhound Knight Darriwil Boss.
Evergaol Bosses tend to be a bit tough and as such you must be prepared for them. Saying that the Forlorn Hound Evergaol Boss is a more early game Boss. By the time you will get to him, you may be a bit over-leveled. This does not mean the Boss Fight will be a stroll in the Park. Bloodhound Knight Darriwil will still be ruthless & relentless, so keep your guard up. This is due to the Bleed infliction from the Greatsword used by Bloodhound Knight Darriwil. Defeat him & you will get Runes as well as the Bloodhound’s Fang, a Curved Greatsword that causes Blood loss buildup. It’s a great Early game weapon but not that useful after mid-game.
