Sea of Thieves gives players a choice to pick one between Flameheart and Pendragon. Based on their decision new upcoming events will be shaped in the game. This multiple-choice will remain available till November 17th. You will meet two NPCs, Belle and a Servant of the Flameheart. Flameheart or Pendragon
You will meet two NPCs, Belle and a Servant of the Flameheart. Whoever you will help will affect the outcome of the upcoming story event. The objective is to gather a few bewitching dolls and give them to either Belle or to the Servant to conclude one among the two choices. You will have to capture one Sea fort. One with a blue beacon belongs to Belle and the red one belongs to the servant.
What if you choose Pendragon?
If you take Sir Arthur Pendragon’s side, then interact with Belle for the ritual. It will free him from the painting. Hoist Belle’s flags on the Sea forts will unlock the event linked with Pendragon’s context. Keep the sees free for all, and give hope to all the pirates. Picking Pendragon will banish Flameheart from the game.
Pendragon has constantly made this appearance in Heart of Fire, A Pirate’s Life, The Shrouded Deep, The Herald of the Flame, and in the current installment Return of the Damned. In The Herald of the Flame, Pendragon destroyed Flameheart’s skull with his sword.
What if you choose Flameheart?
Captain Flameheart is the notorious skeleton lord and the villain of Sea of Thieves. He is one of the most anticipated characters in the game and players are awaiting his return. If you choose to resurrect Flameheart then Pendragon will be banished from the game forever. And this will modify the upcoming outcome of the story. Yet it is not clear what changes will be done on basis of the choices.
Based on various speculations, discussions on social media, etc the pirate’s community is more inclined to Flameheart’s return. As he is the main antagonist in Sea of Thieves, players can get some chaotic challenges to tackle in the coming future. Also, it is not completely true that picking one of them will banish the other one forever. Some players are sure that Flameheart will anyhow return to the game, but if Pendragon is banished, he is gone forever.
For exact consequences of these choices will have to wait till November 17, 2022.
