Complete Nearby Events
After scouring the Internet, we came to know that this bug mostly occurred when there was an active Event nearby. So, if there are any active Events near the cave, go on and complete them on priority. After which, you must restart the game and talk to Ealda again. However, this time, the Crane Trible will join you toward the feeding ground as well. For most players, completing an event and re-logging into the quest fixed the Fate Against Fury Bug in Diablo 4.
Check if the Barricade can be Attacked
Once you enter the cave, the only thing between you and the cannibals will be a Gore-soaked Barricade. If this bug is active, then you will be able to break this Barricade. On the other hand, if the Barricade remains unbreakable, then this bug isn’t active. Keep this in mind and relog in this side quest until the Barricade is unbreakable. If successful, head back and talk to Ealda as this time her troops will follow you inside the cave.
