Apex Legends FFVII Rebirth Event Packs Lost Fix

Published Date :

In Apex Legends, the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Event introduced a slew of crossover-inspired skins, cosmetics, and event items through event packs. But recently, several players have reported that, due to some bug or error, their FF Event Packs were either lost or simply went missing entirely while opening for rewards. The fact that these packs include every event-exclusive skin and cosmetic item, has understandably left many players confused and frustrated.

Nevertheless, it’s possible that players haven’t run into any glitches or errors in the game. And all it might take to fix it is to go through the inventory once more for the lost FF Event Packs rewards in Apex Legends. So if you are looking to know more about the issue and what it is that you are missing, then here is all you need to know about it.

Community Manager Mako stated on the official game forum that players haven’t actually lost their FF Event Packs in Apex Legends. Instead, if you close the pack opening interface during the process, the game will open the additional packs automatically in the game. If you were unable to access the screen due to a bug or decided to open the remaining packs at a later time, the rewards will automatically appear in your inventory.

Players will have to simply go through their collection and look for new rewards in the game. You can also scroll through the event items option and look for things with a checkmark to see which ones you unlocked. The same FF Event Pack problem was seen by this Reddit user, who eventually discovered that the packs were being opened automatically in the background.

The developers are aware of the situation and might update the game with necessary requirements. However, the rewards will be available in your inventory for you to equip. If you still think the rewards haven’t been opened entirely, we suggest contacting the official Apex Legends support and guiding them through the issue.

That’s everything covered in this guide. If you find this guide helpful, we recommend you go through our dedicated Apex Legends section, right here on Gamer Tweak.
