The sooner you do it, the less time that you will lose while looking for a fix. We have been through a bunch of troubleshooting only to realize that this is the only working option.
Do note that exiting the mind place quickly after you get to enter it will cause you more issues with this bug. Make sure you complete the tutorial there or you won’t be able to move out of the Alan Wake 2 mind place.
