Among all the different helpful enchants in Roblox Fisch, there’s the Wormhole enchant which has a strange effect. While players are divided about it, overall, there are many other enchants that are much better in my opinion. Here’s everything you need to know about this one.
Wormhole Enchant in Fisch
The Wormhole Enchant can be obtained the same way as other enchantments, and that’s by using an Enchant Relic purchased from Merlin and then visiting the Keeper’s Altar at night to apply it to the currently equipped rod.
While other enchantments provide boosts to Lure speed, Luck, better results during certain weather conditions etc., Wormhole gives a 45% chance to catch fish from a random location. There’s no specific boost given to any stats of your fishing rod nor provides any mutated fish.
It’s an interesting enchant because you can catch fish from any island or location anywhere else, so if luck is on your side, you might just catch a fish from Forsaken Shores right at the spawn island of Moosewood. This means you can potentially catch rare fish that wouldn’t normally be available in your current area.
However, if you’re currently looking for a specific fish on an island you’re on, you will still have a 45% chance to catch fish from a random location, making your current grind tougher.
With an update, the developers have fixed the Wormhole enchant in Fisch, so it won’t catch the Mythical shark event fish anytime and anywhere.
Now, opinions differ on whether it’s the best enchant overall. Some players consider it “broken” due to its ability to catch any fish. Others argue it’s more situational and best used for completing your fish collection or during events that boost catch rates. One of the best rods to get this enchantment on is the Rod of the Depths because of its stats and passive.
There are some enchants that are considered much better like Hasty, Resilient, Controlled, Abyssal, Quality, Divine, Swift, and Insight. So if you do end up getting the Wormhole enchant, you can decide whether you wish to keep it to make a second attempt to obtain another one.
