The Wild Greens in Zelda Tears of The Kingdom are the Sundelions you can find on Sky Islands. In the Gloom-Borne Illness side quest, you’ll need to find the Wild Greens a.k.a. Sundelions to help Lasli cure her grandmother. You can use this plant to cure Gloom-related illnesses in ToTK.

  • This quest starts when you visit the armor shop in Karariko Village and talk to Claree.
  • Next, you must talk to Lasli up the hill at the coordinates (1909, -1004, 0127). Lasli will inform you that her grandmother fell ill after accidentally contacting the Gloom.
  • Then, she will ask you to help her collect ingredients for her special healing porridge: Hylian Rice, Fresh Milk, and Wild Greens. As for the first two ingredients, you can get them at the General Store in Hateno Village at the coordinates (3359, -2170, 0120).
  • You can buy rice and milk for 12 Rupees at this store. As for the Wild Greens, you must head to sun-drenched areas like the Sky Islands.

You can distinguish these flowers by their yellow petals and black tips. Make sure you collect every Sundelion you come across. With these flowers, you can cook to following diseases to cure Gloom injuries:

  • Sunny Steamed Mushrooms: 3x Skyshrooms and 2x Sundelions
  • Sunny Steamed Meat: 3x Raw Prime Meat and 2x Sundelions
  • Sunny Fried Wild Greens: 3x Sundelions
