While playing AC Mirage you should find and get yourself some Mysterious Shards as you can use them to get some very powerful weapons and armor. As per its in-game description, it is a small shard charged with a strange energy. Naturally, such a thing has a bigger and more important use. So here is where you can get it from and where to place it.
Where to Find Mysterious Shards in AC Mirage
You can get Mysterious Shards from Elite Order members. While it may be possible to get them as loot rewards from chests, that isn’t very reliable. But a better way to get them is by either assassinating or pickpocketing these EO members. For example, you can find a few Elite Order Members in Agarquf Dunes. Here is what you have to do:
- Go to the Bird’s Eye View and mark trackers on the people you find with useful loot.
- Once a tracker has been placed go to them. Check the above image to see what the icon for Mysterious Shards is.
- Depending on how many people are nearby decide whether you want to pickpocket or kill the Elite Guards.
- As soon as you kill them you will have these shards in your inventory.
How to Use Mysterious Shards
You can use Mysterious Shards to get the Samsaama dagger, the Shamshir-e Zomorrodnegar sword, and Milad’s Outfit. All of these things are hidden in the Chamber’s Secrets.
- Start by getting the Hidden Place quest by reading Al Ghul’s letter.
- Reach the Chambers Secrets.
- Here you can find three pedestals where you can place these shards. Here is what you get from each and the number of shards required by them:
- Samsaama dagger: 2 Mysterious Shards
- Shamshir-e Zomorrodnegar sword: 3 Mysterious Shards
- Milad’s outfit: 5 Mysterious Shards
So far these are the only known uses for them. But if you find more you should collect them as they could be useful for unlocking other such equipment or for some possible upgrades.
