The Hunt has started on March 13, 2025 and one of the participating games in Fisch. The mission is to find the Hippie character named Ringo and talk to him to start the quest. It has 3 steps: Catch 10 fish, open 2 bait crates and talk to the Easter Bunny on Sunstone Island. Whether you’re playing the game for the first time for this objective or simply want to know how to complete it quickly, here’s a guide that will help you out.
Where to Find the Hippie for The Hunt Quest in Fisch
If your starting island is Mooswood, you’re in luck because the Hippie aka Ringo spawns right there, next to the rocks that take you up to the Merchant. Find the fishing rod skin shop and Ringo should be nearby (X: 410, Y: 135, Z: 235). Talk to him to initiate the quest.
How to Get the Sunstone Present in Fisch
The first task is to catch 10 fish so go ahead and use the Moosewood pier, pond, or nearby areas for fishing. Using the Rapid Catcher or Instant Catcher bait with a rod with high lure speed will come in handy. There’s no specific rarity of fish you need to catch—any type is okay so brand new players can also complete this quest.
After this, head to this area on Moosewood and buy two bait crates if you don’t have them in your inventory already. This costs in-game C$ so you can catch some more fish and sell them to make the required amount. Then, equip a crate to your hand by clicking it on the Hotbar and click on the box once more to open it up. Do this twice and the second task should be completed.
Lastly, you need to go to Sunstone Island and find the Easter Bunny to get the ‘Sunstone Present’. Hop onto your boat, or find a random player’s boat to get to Sunstone Island marked on the map.
You won’t find the Easter bunny where other NPCs are standing—you need to get to the other side of Sunstone and climb the ladder, as you would to get to Merlin’s Hut. Reach the GPS coordinates of -963.9, 224, -981.1 and you will see the new Easter Bunny NPC with a purple hat. Talk to him and select the option of “The Sunstone Present of course!” when he asks “Whatcha need?”
After a short cutscene, the Sunstone Present will be in your Fisch inventory. Go back to Ringo and talk to him and complete the quest. You get the Oceanborn title, the Silver Egg Trophy Bobber and The Weighted Truth badge.
