The best places to find the Diamonds are the Tundra and Jagged Peaks across the Overworld. You can find these regions in your Overworld marked as diamond-rich biomes. Speaking of the Tundra biomes, you can find the diamonds spawn in the small veins. And you can yield up to 30-40 diamonds using the Gather Menu. It is relatively easier to farm diamonds in the Tundra as compared to Jagged Peaks.
That’s mainly because of the mountains and terrain in the latter biome. You must climb these high hills to search for the Diamonds. However, the veins in this location can net you hundreds of Diamonds at once. So, it might be worth scaling the greater heights. If you are playing PvP Coop, both the biomes have an equal amount of Diamonds.

Best Ways to Farm Diamonds
Village Chest
You can get and farm diamonds inside the Village Chests. Head over to your Map to find different villages around the Overworld. Hover over these villages and see their produced resources. If they produce diamonds, head to these villages and open their chests. While these chests also offer other resources, you can unlock them to get a few diamonds.
Buy Improvement: Gather Diamonds
If you want Allays to gather these resources, you must build the Gather Diamonds Improvements at the Well of Fate. You can build this improvement tower for 100 Stone & 150 Prismarine. But for that, you need to destroy the Piglin Fortress or other warlord bases. Every time you upgrade the Diamond improvement, it will allow you to store 150 more Diamonds.
Furthermore, you can also destroy more bases of the warlords to upgrade more. So, we recommend getting the Diamond improvement upgrade if you are looking to farm Diamonds in abundance.
