Genshin Impact: How To Find The Barrier

Updated Date :

Genshin Impact is a free-to-play gacha video game by miHoYo. As you progress, there’s a wide range of characters and quests to complete from. Sacrificial Offering is one of the world quests that you can complete at Inazuma. It is a part of the Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual questline. This particular quest involves finding a barrier and destroying it. But as none of the locations are marked on the map, players are quite confused about this quest. Not to worry, here’s our guide on how to find the barrier in Genshin Impact.

How to Find the Barrier in Genshin Impact

You can find the barrier at a cave located north of a small lake and south of the Grand Narukami Shrine. Before you get on to finding the barrier, you need the Rust Worn Key to unlock the gate with a barrier.

  • To find this key, head to the bottom of the well located at Konda Village behind the Old Man’s house.
  • You will find the key to the top of a table under the well over there. You might remember the location of this village where you solved the first puzzle of the questline.
  • For the players that already have the Rust Worn Key, head over to the Cavern close to the Abandoned Shrine.

This quest involves destroying the barrier.

How to Destroy the Barrier

  • Now, completing this quest is similar to the previous quest line that involves arranging the lanterns in the right order.
  • As you find a wooden structure, you will also notice five lanterns surrounding it. Interact with the lantern to purify it.
  • This will trigger a boss fight with the Mysterious Samurai, Phantom warrior of Abandoned Shrine.
  • You can defeat him or avoid fighting him to adjust the order of these lanterns.
