To take down the board, the first thing you need to do is find it. You will find the Palacio Azul Del Oceano hotel towards the south-western coast of Mexico. Now that you have made it to the hotel, we recommend you head to the northwest of its roof. The distance that you keep from the hotel will depend upon the power of your car. This means that if you have a faster car, you can stay closer to the hotel.
Once you reach a relevant distance, you can start driving really quickly, before hitting a particular hill on the map. Hitting this hill at the right speed will give you the elevation you need to get on the roof of the hotel and take down the board.
And that’s all. With the right distance and a few tries, you will be able to easily shatter the rooftop EXP board in the West Coast hotel in FH5. While a powerful car is probably a better option, a mid-tier car can also do the trick. Just make sure to use a light vehicle, and you should be good to go.

You will only be able to smash this particular board after you successfully complete the Horizon Rush Canyon Expedition. Once you do so, you need to head to the hotel just like you did earlier. Now, you will be able to find the EXP board on one of the hotel’s balconies, between the hotel and another building. As you explore the surrounding areas, you will find a curved road at an angle that is right next to the hotel. Before this road, you will find a downward slope. You will need to use this slope to build up speed in order to hurl your vehicle off the road and into the balcony
For this stunt, we recommend you use a modified off-road vehicle that is capable of achieving speeds that are close to 200+ kph. Alternatively, if you can, you should try and use a supercar capable of dizzying speeds. Now, simply save enough distance between the clearing in the road and your vehicle so that you can prepare to build speed. Once you get the directions right, press hard on the accelerator and fly off the road to hit the balcony.
When you attempt to knock this board, you might not get it right on the first try. This is completely alright. You can use the rewind feature in the game to keep trying multiple times. You will most likely get it right after a couple of tries. It’s really that simple.
