Players of Tribes Of Midgard will require Souls because it’s an important resource that you can use to feed the Seed of Yggdrasil. This will be in your Village and you need to protect it. That’s because Helthings want to steal the Souls that the seed consumes. If the Seed of Yggdrasil has no Souls, the tree will die and your game will be over. How to Get & Farm Souls in Tribes Of Midgard
To collect more Souls, players need to:
- Kill enemies (especially targeting larger camps) and bosses
- Gather resources
- Complete quests
- Sell items
- Trade your Golden Egg
- Mining
- Roosters of Ragnarok mini game
The main thing you can focus on is to slay more and more monsters, Jötunns etc. Head to enemy camps and get to the treasure chests which will get you a large amount of Souls. If you get a notification of Roosters of Ragnarok mini game, go ahead and catch roosters that will get you some Souls.
Do note that if you see that the pool around the Seed of Yggdrasil turns yellow, that means you have to go hunt for more Souls. It’s running out of Souls at that moment and your mission should be to get more immediately.
Apart from the use of keeping the Seed of Yggdrasil alive, you will also require Souls to upgrade your Village’s defenses as well as to repair damaged items. There is one thing to remember that if you die during your journey, you will lose the Souls you gathered with you before dying.
