Before you proceed, you should know that Vullaby is only found in Pokemon Shield, you will never see a Vullaby spawn in Pokemon Sword and your options are limited to just trading with someone you know or going online and finding a trading partner.

If you have Pokemon Shield, you can find a Vullaby on Route 8 in all weathers and at Stoney Wilderness in normal weather. The spawn rate isn’t that terrible as well either. This means that finding a Vullaby isn’t that much stress.
