How to Evolve Trade Pokemon without Trading in Pokemon Legends Arceus
You can evolve trade evolution Pokemon without Trading by using a Linking Cord. The Linking cord costs 1000 Merit Points and you can purchase it from the Merit shop in Jubilife Village.
- Return lost satchels to NPCs to earn Merit points.
- Once you have collected 1000 Merit Points, buy the Linking Cord from the Merit shop in the Jubilife Village.
- Open your inventory and use the Linking Cord.
- Finally, choose the Pokemon that requires trade to evolve.
Remember that you can only use each Linking Cord once per evolution. So when you use it once, it will get consumed and you will need a new Linking Cord to evolve another Pokemon.
Which Pokemon can you evolve that needs Trade?
The Hisui region has many Pokemon from the Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh regions. These are the Pokemon on which you can use the Linking Cord to evolve them.
- Electabuzz evolves to Electivire (make it hold an Electrizer while evolving)
- Graveler evolves to Golem
- Haunter evolves to Gengar
- Kadabra evolves to Alakazam

- Onix evolves to Steelix (make it hold a Metal Coat while evolving)
- Rhydon evolves to Rhyperior (make it hold a Protector while evolving)
