For Windows go to C:\Users\”username here”\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live. And for mac go to ~/Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live or ~/Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/liveeu/ folder. Simply rename Addons to Addons.old and SavedVariables to SavedVariables.old, once you rename the files save them. Now check the game to see if you still get the issue.
- Reset settings to Default: Go to settings and for each subsetting reset them back to default. You can try this fix for PC and consoles.

- Here select the Manage Game option, and choose the Save Data for the user.
