You can equip silencer or suppressors to your weapons in Watch Dogs: Legion and it will allow you to take down enemies with stealth and without raising an alarm. Using a silencer will make sure that your enemies are unaware of your location and you can go about your mission with relative ease. The silencer on your weapons in Watch Dogs: Legion completely changes the dynamics of stealth, as you can freely move around in the shadows without anyone else noticing. Weapon attachments aren’t available and you will need to upgrade your weapons in Watch Dogs: Legion to attach a silencer to them.

As of right now, you can only attach the silencer to the LTL 68P DedSec Pistol, while there are other weapons in the game that you can equip, they cannot be upgraded. Only DedSec weapons in Watch Dogs: Legion has the potential to be upgraded as of right now.

As soon as you unlock the LTL 68P DedSec Pistol, you will first get the basic sidearm. Upgrading it to tier 2 will increase its magazine capacity to hold 15 bullets at a time and the final Tier 3 upgrade will add a silencer for stealth attacks.
