If you are facing issues with Epic Games Discord Nitro not working, you are not alone. Many players are not able to get their Discord nitro code even after redeeming the offer. Note that Epic Games is aware of the issue and is investigating it. They have sent new codes to those player who were affected by the issue.

Discord Nitro Epic Games No Email?
In terms of getting the Nitro code, you have to wait up to 24 hours to get the email with the link. Some might get it instantly while some may have to wait for hours. When you do, make sure to click it from your PC and not from phone, just in case.
Another thing to keep in mind is that Discord will need a payment method if you want to redeem the Nitro promo. This means that you have to “subscribe” to Nitro and get the free 3 month trial. After the trial ends, your monthly billing cycle will begin. But if you don’t want to pay, you can cancel the subscription before the 3 month promo ends. We’ve explained how to cancel it right here.
Who is Eligible for this offer?
This offer is for First-time Discord Nitro subscribers only. If you are an existing subscriber of Discord Nitro, Discord Nitro Classic, and Boosting – you won’t be able to claim this offer. You will get an error of “Sorry, looks like you’ve already have a sub.”
Plus, this also includes previous gifted subscriptions. So, if Discord checks and finds out that you have had a subscription previously, or you have a current subscription that is gifted, you will see an error like “Sorry, looks like you’ve already had a Nitro sub”. In case this happens, you can give your redemption URL to a friend to help them get the 3 months for free.
Apart from these, there are a few more issues you could have. “This gift has already been redeemed” means the link has been used already. “Seems like something’s gone wrong” means that the link is invalid so make sure to check if it’s accurate.
