- The other way to leave the Imperial City is via the Imperial City Prison or the White-Gold tower dungeons. When you leave through this exit in the game, you will come out to your alliance’s capital city.
These are the only two ways to leave and exit the Imperial City in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). If you want to get to any of these exit points in the game you will have to use the hub transport. These can be seen in every Imperial Sewer base in the game.
