God of War Ragnarok has given us some of the most unique bosses and even precious resources that one can use to upgrade Kratos’ arsenal of weapons. One such resource is known as the ‘Dust of Realms’. The items crafted by this resource are considered to be one of the best in the game. However, they are extremely hard to come by. With this guide, we’ll show you how to get the Dust of Realms in God of War Ragnarok.
Where to Find Dust of Realms in God of War Ragnarok
This rare resource can be found in only a few places in the vast GOW Ragnarok world. Here are the two ways you can get them:
There are a total number of six Draugr holes that you will need to find in the game. At each of these holes, you will encounter a type of Draugr Fiend called the Hateful. Defeating the Hateful will give you a small amount of Dust of Realms as a reward. You can find the first two Draugr Holes at the Watchtower and the Applecore in Svartalfheim. The next two can be found at the Barrens at Alfheim and the Abandoned Village at Vanaheim. You can locate the remaining two Draugr holes at The Lake of Nine in Midgard while the last one can again be found at Vanaheim near the Plains. Closing all these Draugr Holes can guarantee you Dust of Realms. Check out this guide if you are struggling to beat the Hateful.
Another way to get the Dust of Realms in God of War Ragnarok is by closing the Yggdrasil Rifts. They were formerly known as Realm Tears in GOW 2018. There are a total of 15 Yggdrasil Rifts in the game. Just approach the Rift and interact with it to start the battle. Each rift has unique enemies which will require Kratos to use different tactics and weaponry to gain the upper hand. Completing these side quests is not easy, therefore don’t take it too lightly. Once you close the rift, you will be able to receive a small amount of the Dust of Realms.
