If you are looking for Drifter’s location in Destiny 2, you can find him in the Tower. Instead of the main part of the Tower, the Drifter can be found in the Tower Annex. There are two options to reach there — you can either spawn in the usual place and cross the map or can be reached there by spawning at the Tower Annex.
