Destiny 2 Corsair Down quest is one of the latest attractions that Guardians can check out in the Dreaming City. There are numerous secrets waiting for you and so is the mysterious quest Corsair Down. Although the quest has a pretty low drop chance, players would still want to give it a go once they manage to unlock it in the game.
Corsair Down is a unique quest that is obtained by defeating Scorn in the Dreaming City. However, since the drop rate is low for the quest, players will have to try a few times before they can get the quest as a drop. How to Complete the Destiny 2 Corsair Down Quest
Once you head for the Destiny 2 Corsair Down quest, you will have to look for a Corsair quest in one of six locations that will be determined by a phrase you get. Each location will have five spawn locations where players could find the Corpse and you will have to track that down. The phrase that you are looking for will be in the last sentence of the quest description and here are the locations that will be determined through them:
- Something about a spine and mist: Spine of Keres
- Something about a bay: Bay of Drowned Wishes
- Something about a garden: Gardens of Esila
- Something about a chamber: Chamber of Starlight
- Something about a harbinger: Harbinger’s Seclude
- Something about Aphelion: Aphelion’s Rest
Once you locate the Corpse in any of these areas, you will be ambushed by an enemy. Kill the enemy and then you can get the Corsair Badge.
All Destiny 2 Corsair Down Quest Rewards
Now that you have received the Corsair Badge, you will quickly want to redeem it to get the rewards. While the rewards of Destiny 2 Corsair Down quest are not over the moon, they are quite useful. With the Corsair Badge, talk to a Corsair NPC located in one of the Dreaming City’s Corsair outposts. If you hand them over the badge, the Corsair will reward you with some Glimmer, Baryon Bough, and a Rare item.
If you turn in six of these badges to the Corsair, you will get a unique bounty that gives Dark Fragments and a Tincture of Queensfoil when completed.
