In God of War Ragnarok, you will face some fearsome Norse Gods like Thor. However, it’s nothing new for our favorite god-slayer Kratos. Throughout the realms, you will come across many Nornir Chests to unlock. By solving the puzzles and opening these chests you will receive Idunn’s Apples or Horns of Blood Mead. You can use these to increase Kratos’ Maximum Health or Maximum Rage. Having these buffs will help you get an edge over your enemies. So we recommend you open every Nornir chest you come across. One such Nornir Chest is located at the Dragon Beach in God of War Ragnarok and this guide will help you unlock it.
How to Open the Dragon Beach Nornir Chest in God of War Ragnarok (Solution)
This chest is located at the Bay of Bounty in the Svartalfhiem realm. To find Dragon Beach, take a right after entering the Bay of Bounty and you will see a Dwarven Statue. After reaching the shore, you will find the Nornir chest below this statue.
Like every Nornir Chest, this too will have a unique locking mechanism. You can open these chests by finding three runes and breaking them. On Dragon Beach, these are the locations of the Nornir Chest Runes:
First Hidden Rune Seal
The first seal is right behind the chest. However, it is hidden behind a geyser. Use your Leviathan Axe to freeze this geyser and recall it to break the first rune.
Second Hidden Rune Seal
After breaking the first seal, go to your right and you will see another geyser and dragon statue to its right. After freezing the geyser, you will notice that the rune is behind a metal fence. The fence is unbreakable and all you have to do is to go around the statue. You will get a clear shot at the rune from behind the statue.
Third Hidden Rune Seal
Turn around and you will see a geyser next to a post with a hook on it. Freeze this geyser and you will see the last hidden rune.
Breaking all of these runes will unlock the chest. Head over to it and open it for an Idunn’s Apple.
