How to Redeem Dragon Ball Legends Codes

To redeem DB Legends codes, you need to head to the code redemption website and complete a few steps. This can get a little complicated, so follow the step-by-step instructions below:

Visit the Bandai Namco Webstore and click on Login/New Registration.
Know that it is crucial to link your Bandai Namco ID with Dragon Ball Legends to be able to receive the rewards in your account. So, if you don’t have an account yet, create it at this step.
Then, launch the game on your device and tap on the Menu button.
Click on Other > Data Transfer Settings > Transfer through a Bandai Namco ID account.
After accepting the ToS, press OK.
Now visit the Webstore page linked above and log in.
At this stage, make sure to verify that it is your active account before moving forward.
Type your DB Legends promo code and press Input.
You should see your rewards add up.

How to Find New Codes

The development team usually drops new codes during livestreams or when the game hits major download milestones. Keeping an eye on the official X account is a great way to catch them, but they are also frequently shared within the Reddit community right after a major patch. Because these codes often have a very short expiration window, checking back here weekly is the best way to stay stocked up on Crystals.

FAQs

Why did the web store say my code is invalid?

Double-check your account linking. You must configure “Data Transfer Settings” rather than just “Bandai Namco ID Link Settings” for the web store to recognize your character.

Can I use these codes more than once?

No, promo codes are single-use per account. Once the Chrono Crystals have been claimed on your character, the code will no longer work for you.

Where do the rewards go once I hit redeem?

Unlike most games, the items aren’t always sent to your Gift Box. Usually, once you redeem a code on the web store, you just need to open the Shop menu inside the app. Opening the shop triggers a sync with the server, and your Chrono Crystals will be added directly to your total. If they don’t show up immediately, try restarting the app and visiting the shop again.
