Once the event starts, you need to head to the Lunar Cloud marker in the ocean and visit it with the help of your boat. You will see some transparent clouds and a pathway up—take the route and at the top, you will see the Lunar Shovel ready for purchase. Interact with it, pay the amount and the shovel will be yours.

There will also be a Merchant NPC if you’d like to sell your inventory. You won’t be able to see this island without the event being active, so make sure you hurry over as soon as you see it. Don’t forget to dig up treasures at the top of the Cloud because it has its very own collection.
