The Meteor Shovel is obtainable during the Meteor event in the game. When it begins, a giant burning Meteor will fall anywhere on the island and you must quickly get on your boat or mount and reach the location marked as the Meteor Crater.
With other players, you need to dig and break the meteor after which you will see the Meteor Shovel. If you deal the most damage to it, you get a Meteor core mythical item but the other players also receive Meteor items that can be sold to any merchant NPC. Note that the Meteor item can have every mutation except the Rainbow one.
Once you see the Meteor Shovel, you can purchase it for D$225000 which is extremely expensive. The required level is 55+ and here are the other stats you need to know:

- Loot luck: 40%
- Precision: 50%

- Stability: 55%

- Passive: Hot modifier
